0. BASIC INFO

CAN I SEE A MENU?

Our whole website is our menu! You can go ahead and take a look around and see what you might like :)

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Address: 2/F Ayala North Exchange, Ayala Ave, cor. Amorsolo and Salcedo street, Makati City.

We are open: 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday. Delivery cut off is 30 mins before closing. Orders made after cut off time will be processed the next day.

I. ORDERING

HOW DO I ORDER?

Step 1: Ordering through our website is as easy as ordering on any other delivery app! Choose your items.

Step 2: Leave a note with your order if you have any other requests! For immediate concerns, you can text/call +63 917 144 4187.

Step 3: Input your postal code to see if your address is within range of our delivery areas.

Step 4: Please note the possibility of delays in delivery due to unpredictable traffic and weather conditions. 

Step 5: Fill in necessary details. After we receive your order, expect: 1) a message from us saying your order is being prepared 2) a message from our third party delivery app, Grab Express, letting you know that your order has been picked up and on the way.

IS THIS FOR SAME DAY ORDERS? 

Yes! You can order for same-day delivery. This is like ordering on any third-party delivery app.

WHAT ARE YOUR CUTOFF TIMES?

We are open: 10am to 7pm Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday. Delivery cut off is 30 mins before closing. Orders made after cut off time will be processed the next day.

CAN I PRE-ORDER FOR A FUTURE DATE?

Yes! Let us know in the text box upon check out if you want it for pre-order. A customer rep will then contact you shortly to confirm your order.

CAN MY FOOD BE DELIVERED 11AM SHARP?

 On weekdays, yes! Depending on your location, we can deliver by 11am.

I ORDERED! DID YOU GET MY ORDER?

If you received a confirmation email, we did! If you did not indicate a specific time and date, we are preparing it now. If you would like to change the pickup/delivery time and date call us immediately: +63 917 144 4187

HOW DO I ORDER A DONUT CAKE?

If donut cakes are not available on our website and you want to pre-order, please call/text us at: +63 917 144 4187

MY ORDER IS WRONG/INCOMPLETE!

We’re sorry about that! Please call us at +63 917 144 4187 so we can help you out.

I ORDERED SOMETHING OUT OF STOCK AND WANT TO REPLACE IT WITH A HIGHER/LOWER PRICED ITEM

For higher priced item: We will send you an invoice via email with the remaining balance! For ex: Your bill is PHP 900, but with the higher priced item it’s PHP 920, we will send you an invoice for PHP 20.

For lower priced item: We can send you a partial refund for the difference the next business day. Please refer to our refund policies in our Terms & Conditions page for more information.

II. PAYMENT METHODS

WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?

We are partnered with Paymaya so you can pay via credit or debit card through our website.

CAN I BANK TRANSFER?

For website, we are partnered with Paymaya to take credit card and debit card payments. But if you prefer bank transfer, we can arrange that. But do call/text us at: +63 917 144 4187 to get your order and payment sorted out with one of our staff.

CAN I PAY COD?

We’re sorry! To reduce physical contact, we do not accept COD.

 

III. DELIVERY


DO YOU DELIVER TO MY AREA?

We deliver Metro Manila-wide EXCEPT FOR:

Caloocan

Malabon

Valenzuela

MY GRAB DRIVER SAYS HE CANCELLED. WHAT NOW?

It happens! But don't worry— as soon as he cancelled, we've already started booking for a new rider. You'll get a notification once your new rider picked up the order.


WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?

We deliver orders via third party delivery app, Grab Express. If you want to pick up your food, you can let us know in the text box provided upon check out. If you've already made your order, please call us at: +63 917 144 4187.


IV. CANCELLING

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER! HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ITEM/CHANGE AN ITEM?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

After completing an order, customers have 5 minutes to cancel. Orders not canceled within the 5-minute time frame are considered final as the kitchen prepares the food immediately after receiving an order.

If it has been less than 5 minutes since your order has been placed, you can cancel your order by calling: +63 917 144 4187.
